The Stage Is Set

Updated: Jan 25, 2025

A week or so ago, I had a vision of a stage with many people sitting in the audience of two columns. There were curtains on either side of the stage. The people, stage, and curtains were so dark as I looked from the back of the room. I was standing at the back of the center isle that perfectly lined up with the gap in between the curtains. The light coming from the other side of the curtains was so bright emanating into the darkness it reminded me of a white pillar of fire. I knew by the Spirit that the black curtain that was making the people live in darkness was about to be pulled back. A new day of freedom and light was upon us.

This was an encouraging vision but I didn't feel led to share it until today.

I had another vision yesterday. I was going through a tunnel very irritated. I have had visions of me going through tunnels or up stairs that led to nothing for several years. I'm so over going through tunnels. I thought, "Not again- going nowhere again." All the sudden I was out of the tunnel and backstage. A lady with a headset on was communicating like they do before ushering someone on stage. I followed her as she led me right behind the stage curtain. She was listening carefully for her cue to tell me to walk out from behind the curtain. As I thought about this vision, I had no idea for what reason I would be going on stage until I remembered my previous vision.

A couple days ago at night, I pulled a Scripture out of my Scripture box. I couldn't read it because it was at night and I didn't have my glasses on. The next day I just happened to see the card and it was 1 Corinthians 2:9. This became more significant after this morning as I felt led to open my Bible. I turned right to Isaiah 64:4. I had already highlighted this Scripture but had previously linked it with Matthew 5:4. However, I realized 1 Corinthians 2:9 was quoted directly from Isaiah 64:4! The mind-blowing difference in the two Scriptures is that the word 'wait' was changed to 'love'. The Lord is communicating to us that the wait is over. It was over then when Jesus came! The wait is over now that His appointed time has come for You and I today. It’s showtime.

God has been orchestrating events and leading myself and many others to this point in time. Great darkness fell upon the world and God's people in recent years. Yet, the pillar of fire led us when we couldn't see where we were going. In the tunnels, on the never-ending ascent of staircases, God was leading each one of us to a greater revealing of who He is. He was setting the stage.

This morning I was in awe of how God orchestrated the lining up of these visions and Scriptures in my own life over the last week or so. What are the odds I would pull out 1 Corinthians 2:9 and then randomly flip to Isaiah 64:4 a couple days later? It is so easy in the waiting to feel abandoned by God. Yet, these small impossibilities help us to press on until we see God’s promises fulfilled.

The wait is over. We're going from Isaiah 64:4 to 1 Corinthians 2:9. For those who love Him, God has prepared things what eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the hearts of man. Matthew 5:4 reminds us of the blessing for those who mourn. What delight is yours now that you have endured the waiting! You will find what you long for.

Lord, strengthen and protect President Trump and those working for Your glory. We are at the precipice of the curtain being pulled back and light shining on America and the world. You protected and led us in the dark tunnels and empty stairwells. Now the stage is set for Your people, Your Bride, to take the stage and share the Gospel. Fill us with Your holy fire. Let the show begin. Amen.

1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written:

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Isaiah 64:4 For since the beginning of the world

Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear,

Nor has the eye seen any God besides You,

Who acts for the one who waits for Him.

Matthew 5:4 NKJV Blessed are those who mourn,

For they shall be comforted.

Matthew 5:4 TPT What delight comes to you when you wait upon the Lord! For you will find what you long for.
